Feijão, costelinha defumada, linguiça calabresa defumada, linguiça apimentada, pé, rabo, joelho defumado, bacon e carne seca. Acompanha arroz, couve, laranja, torresmo, farofa e vinagrete.
Black beans stew with smoked pork ribs, smoked calabrese sausage, spicy sausage, pig’s feet, tail, smoked pork knuckle, bacon, and dried beef. Served with rice, sautéed collard greens, orange slices, crispy pork crackling, toasted cassava flour (farofa), and vinaigrette.
